Jacob Friant is an emerging guitarist whose journey began in elementary school, strumming out tunes purely by ear with no formal lessons. While his peers were immersed in typical childhood pastimes, Jacob was diving deep into the sounds of classic rock legends like Jimi Hendrix, B.B. King, Stevie Ray Vaughan, and Eric Clapton—music that had captivated previous generations. 

Remarkably, Jacob didn’t take the stage until less than a year ago, making his public debut a recent milestone. Since then, he’s embraced every opportunity to hone his craft, taking lessons during his college semesters and working with another local instructor whenever possible. His passion and natural talent have quickly earned him admiration from his mentors and peers alike.

Jacob's first single is a heartfelt remake of Hendrix’s iconic "Little Wing," reflecting the soulful influences that shaped his playing style. While he continues to draw inspiration from the blues-rock greats, his admiration for contemporary guitar hero Joe Bonamassa now fuels his ever-evolving sound.
